Effective April 1, 2015 WPN has updated its bylaws to comply with new California nonprofit laws. In doing so, we have combined the positions of Executive Director and President, to create the position President of the Board, placing all operational and day-to-day functions under that position. Our President Patricia Fry is now Past President and board member, and I am President. This action is part of a plan implemented last summer when I took over as Executive Director. As with all change, it takes time, but we are on track to launch many new programs this year. – Kathleen Kaiser
