$500 and a publishing contract with Skyrocket Press, for novels or non-fiction. Submit the first ten pages and a synopsis. If selected as a finalist, it will move to round two, where the complete book will be considered. One winner will receive $500 and publication. Honorable mentions may also be offered a publishing contract.
